Please review all photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing, as each crystal is unique and may naturally include variations or imperfections. Any repairs, treatments, or notable imperfections are always disclosed in the listing description.

We take great care in packaging every order securely. However, once a package is in the carrier’s possession, we are not responsible for damages that occur during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim, and retain all packaging materials and photos, as they may be required.
