Responsibility During Transit
Once an order has been shipped, Wish Upon Crystals is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damages that may occur during transit. All items are packaged with great care to ensure they arrive safely, but once your package is in the hands of the carrier, it is beyond our control. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order confirmation email is received. You’ll receive another notification once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Orders are shipped on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days
- International Shipping: 10–20 business days

Wish Upon Crystals is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply to international orders. All such fees are the responsibility of the customer.
